Alasdair joined Acteon in 2020 to work in the Healthcare team. His work history has mostly focused on scientific writing (physics, chemistry and medical), but also includes a number of years’ sales and account management experience with medical devices.
He is passionate about communicating scientific ideas clearly, and is a firm believer in the maxim (often attributed to Einstein) that “everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler”.
He has a degree in physics, and a PhD in Philosophy of Science. Away from the office, he is most likely to be found running around a hockey pitch, or exploring fields and woodland with his dog.
