Ben Hilsden

Systems Support Administrator

Ben joined Acteon in 2023 as our IT Systems Administrator. He has over a decade of experience in IT, primarily in the healthcare and software development industries. Starting as a helpdesk agent back in 2012, he has worked his way through various IT and Project Management roles, gaining valuable experience and knowledge along the way.

Ben ensures the smooth running of systems and hardware at Acteon while also delivering day to day support to his colleagues. He also provides strategic input for all things IT, so that it remains aligned with the business strategy.

Outside of work, he is a family man who enjoys going on walks with his dog or doing one of his various hobbies, including tinkering with cars, cycling, football and reading.
