Laura joined Acteon in 2020 as a consultant for the Healthcare team, focusing on writing. Her expertise is in diving deep into a topic and then summarizing it to exactly the right level for the intended audience. The reader’s time is precious and she is respectful of that.
Laura loves pharmacology, having a degree in the subject from the University of Cambridge as part of her medical training. She worked for the US National Institutes of Health (NIH) as sole author of NIH pharmacogenetic guidelines, has completed the US medical licensing exams and co-authored several books.
Outside of work, Laura is either learning Arabic (ahlan wa sahlan!); or searching for, stepping on, and taking apart Lego bricks. (Other building materials are available).
