Simon re-joined Acteon in 2025 as a developer, having previously worked with the company from 2016 to 2022. After stepping away for an unforgettable adventure, he cycled from Canada to the southernmost tip of Chile. Now back in Cambridge, he’s excited to continue his career with Acteon in this new chapter.
With a First Class Honours Master’s degree in Computer Science from Loughborough University, Simon combines a strong academic background with extensive real-world development experience. He thrives on solving complex technical challenges, though he occasionally has a habit of breaking things along the way - all in the name of improvement, of course!
Outside of work, he’s a keen runner and cyclist, always looking for new routes to explore! He also has a love for baking - a hobby that pairs well with his fondness for sports. Travelling is a major part of his life, offering opportunities to experience different cultures and culinary delights.
