Youri Dabrowski heads up research and development of Acteon’s web products and services.
Youri has been the principal architect of our Learning Management technology for over two decades. He leads R&D and offers strategic guidance and implementation support to our customers. With a keen interest in innovation and digital services, Youri continually explores new technologies to enhance the capabilities and performance of our solutions.
With extensive experience in developing robust, large-scale database software and a deep mastering of web technologies - from the early days of the Internet to modern web and mobile frameworks, cloud computing, and AI-driven applications - Youri's hands-on approach aims to leverage technology to rapidly realise business objectives.
Youri first came to Cambridge to study Astrophysics, involving high performance computing and numerical analysis. After his PhD, he transitioned to the entrepreneurial world, eager to create real-world software applications in a service-oriented environment. Prior to joining Acteon, he gained experience in early AI and machine learning techniques and was also instrumental in developing pioneering LayerActive technology to enhance user interfaces of browser-based content management and business applications.
