Profile Image

Steph is an Acteon consultant passionate about helping organisations achieve meaningful change. With a keen interest in human motivation, she is dedicated to developing person-centric learning solutions.

Prior to joining Acteon, Steph supported higher education institutes in their mission to benefit society beyond academia.  She played a pivotal role in shaping funding decisions and translated impactful research outcomes into compelling stories for a diverse range of stakeholders, including governance, government, funders, and the general public.

Steph excels at managing large and complex projects, ensuring the highest standards of delivery. In 2023, she was awarded a Post Graduate Certificate in Management & Leadership.

Outside work, Steph enjoys practical and creative pursuits, from gardening and DIY to painting and sculpting - her three children and three cats often the reluctant subjects of the latter two.
